Victory Camp's summer staff is assembled from Christian high school and college students who are not just looking for a summer job, but are desiring to spend their summer ministering to children and teens. Our motto is "born to lead, called to serve." We believe that the truest form of leadership comes through servanthood, just as Jesus demonstrated to His disciples. The summer staff works in a variety of activity and support areas. Students who are at least 16 years of age may apply for one or two term summer employment. Employment at Victory Camp will provide students with the opportunity to grow spiritually through daily devotionals as well as practical experience in servanthood. It is also a wonderful opportunity to gain work experience in a Christian envirnment.
On-campus dormitories and meals are available for staffers during their summer employment. Weekly salaries vary by experience and position.
Combining years of camp experience with an intense desire to reach this generation for Christ, our full-time staffers are continually striving to provide our campers with a life changing camp experience.

LIFEGUARDS
Lifeguards are an important part of our summer staff. They provide
a safe environment for our campers and the swimming pool,
waterslides and paddleboat areas.
LIfeguards must have a current
RED CROSS lifeguard certification.
A Training/ certification class is provided for all Victory Camp
full-time lifeguards.
The class will be conducted at the VC pool by Taylor Dillard.
Class times for 2012 are:
Saturday, May 5th 8:00a.,m.-6:00p.m.
Sunday, May 6th 6:00p.m.-10:00p.m.
Friday, May 11th 6:00p.m.-10:00p.m.
Saturday, May 12th 8:00a.m.-6:00p.m.

Rod has been with Victory Camp full-time since 1994. Rod has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, is an ordained minister and serves as the president of the school board of Living Stones Christian School. He also served as a youth ministry volunteer for 15 years and is involved in various Men's and Sports fellowships during the camp off- season.
