You may have noticed that we only offer camper programs for students through 8th grade. Once they have completed the camper phase of Victory Camp, we love to have our kids come back to serve in the CIT (Counselor In Training) Program. This is an opportunity for students who have completed at least 7th grade to take their experience at Victory Camp to the next level. CITs will be assigned to assist a senior counselor during the kids overnight camp and the day camp sessions. This is an excellent opportunity for younger teens to learn responsibility and have fun at the same time!
Applicants must have completed 7th grade by June 1st and complete a
CIT application, essay, and provide two letters of reccomendation.

The Victory Camp Summer Leadership Program is an opportunity for teens to be a part of the life changing things taking place at Victory Camp. This fantastic opportunity is for teens who would like to develop their leadership and ministry skills and gain practical experience. SLP participants spend time assisting in activity areas, pre-camp preparations, and many other day to day operations They are also a part of the daily staff devotional meetings and staff olympic events. We are seeking Christian young people who have a desire to grown in their relationship with God and have a hear to serve. Think of it
as a missions trip in your own backyard!
The SLP is also a great chance to gain valuable work skills and volunteer
service hours required for many honors programs, school clubs and
scholarship opportunities.
Applicants must be at least 15 years of age by June 1st and complete a SLP application, essay, and provide three letters of reccomendation.
Students who are at least 14 years of age and have attended at least one year of VICTORY CAMP may apply for an internship. These positions are very limited and will be awarded to outstanding candidates who show maturity, initiative and a great attitude.
