Victory Camp is a Christian camp serving the south Texas area. We are committed to providing our campers and staff with a safe, fun and positive camp experience through outdoor activities and Christian ministry.
Each summer we employ approximately 40 Christian teen and young adults to be a part of the ministry at Victory Camp. We are looking for people who are committed to Christ and have a desire to share His love with children and teens.
Being a part of Victory Camp's summer staff is more than just another summer job. We believe that each person on our staff is fulfilling a
God-given mission. VC staffers are not just employees, they are full-time ministers and missionaries to thousands of children and teenagers each year. Challenge yourself this year! Don't settle for summer as usual, go further and do more. Victory Camp is looking for people who are committed to the Lord and have a serious desire to spend their summer serving others and growing in their relationship with God.
Staffers must be at least 16 years of age and commit to working at least one complete term of the summer season. Staffers live on campus during their employment. Salaries start at $625 per term. Staffers committing to both summer terms are eligible for an end of season bonus. Room and board is provided.
