MINIMUM ATTENDANCE
There is a 100 person minimum to rent the camp facility for a retreat. During our peak season (June 1- August 10) there is a 250 person minimum. Minimums do not apply to single building rentals such as banquets or meetings. If your event does not reach minimum attendance, you will still be required to pay the minimum amount. All rentals meeting the attendance requirement provide the group with EXCLUSIVE USE of the facility.
There is limited availablity for "non-exclusive" or shared campus events. For summer camps (peak season) there is a 125 person minimum for a shared campus event.
RESERVATIONS
Our calendar is usually very full, so you must reserve your dates at least 30 days in advance. Reservations require a contract and a deposit. To begin the reservation process, contact our office at 281-388-CAMP.
Victory Camp hosts several weeks of camp each year. The remaining weeks and weekends are rented out to churches and other organizations. Our facilities are ideal for group camps, but are also excellent for conferences, trade shows and large meetings.
FEES
Rental fees are determined on a per event basis. There are many factors we consider in quoting your price including length of stay, number of meals served and facility usage. Camp fees are charged on a per person basis and are all-inclusive, whereas building usage is charged at a flat rate. Once a fee has been contracted there will be no discounts or reimbursements for leaving early, arriving late, or low event registration.
